Resale of our merchandise is
prohibited.
All products are shipped USPS Priority Mail unless otherwise
specified.
All orders are shipped within 7-10 days from date
we receive the order from CCNOW that the credit card has been
verified. If an item is on back order, it will be noted or the order
will be canceled. You will be notified via e-mail.
On-line payment can be made by credit card. We accept Visa,
MasterCard, American Express, and Discover/Novus cards.

RETURN POLICY
Our return policy is simple. Within 7 days of receipt of your
order, you may return:
- any products in its original condition.
We cannot process exchanges. If you have found another item in
our catalog that you would prefer over one you have already
received, we ask that you place a separate order for the new item
and that you return the unwanted item. Once we have received and
processed the returned item, we will notify you via email of your
refund. Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the
return is a result of our error.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable
Please write the reason for your return. Enclose the slip in the
carton, wrap the package securely, and send it to the address listed
below. If you do not have your packing slip, please e-mail us.

POLICY - RESTRICTIONS
If your credit card company does not permit electronic
authorizations, then we will not be able to process your order on
that card. Your order will be canceled and you will be notified by
e-mail. We would suggest you try a different card which does not
have that restriction.
We have the right to refuse or cancel any orders.
